Breaking Media Limited – home to 50+ digital brands and a monthly social reach of 60 million users – is expanding our Commercial Team and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new revenue and build strategic partnerships across our platforms, including Football Insider.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead revenue growth through branded content, sponsorship and media partnerships
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline across agencies and brands
  • Drive outbound outreach campaigns across email, social and industry events
  • Work with decision-makers to shape proposals and close deals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock commercial opportunities
  • Play a key role in scaling our media business globally

You’ll be great at this role if you have:

  • Proven business development/sales experience (media or digital strongly preferred)
  • Confidence building relationships with decision-makers
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience selling digital advertising or content solutions
  • A data-led, results-driven mindset
  • Self-motivation and resilience in a fast-paced team
  • Knowledge of AI tools and CRM platforms is a plus
