LEADERSHIP
Wayne has over two decades experience as a journalist and editor. He founded our flagship site Football Insider in 2015 after senior news and sports correspondent roles at newspapers and in digital media.

Dominique has an extensive background in education, and has held a leadership role for 11 years.

Daniel has worked for Breaking Media for seven years and has played a central role in growing and developing our club sites while managing a team of writers. He is a lifelong West Brom supporter.
Daniel Wright - Head of EditorialPeter joined Breaking Media in July 2023. He edits our team of writers on our stable of club sites.
Peter Hanson - Assistant Editor
Mark has worked for Breaking Media for four years after graduating from Leeds Trinity University. He has a key leadership role on our club sites and manages a team of writers. Mark is a Leeds United season ticket holder.
Mark Smith - Assistant EditorA broadcast journalism masters graduate from the University of Salford, Daniel has worked for Breaking Media since January 2023. He has a senior editorial role in our video team overseeing our Facebook, Instagram and YouTube content.

We are looking for a full-time writer to cover the best footballers in Britain aged 22 and under.
You will need an excellent knowledge of young players at an elite level, and be able to write accurate, interesting and shareable content to tight deadlines.
Football Writers
We are looking for four full-time writers to cover Leeds United, Rangers, West Ham, Everton, Aston Villa and West Brom.
You will need to be a genuine supporter of one of these clubs, and be able to demonstrate a strong news sense and the ability to write accurate, interesting and shareable content to tight deadlines.

This role will drive Breaking Media’s video strategy by producing and managing daily content for our industry-leading Football Insider site on YouTube and TikTok.
Our ideal candidate has an exceptional video and audio presence, is bursting with ideas and is able to demonstrate strong story development and scriptwriting skills that will engage our audiences.
Football Insider, Social Media Editor
This role will drive Football Insider’s social media strategy by posting and packaging content for our digital platforms and social channels.
Our ideal candidate is a social media enthusiast, has strong digital production skills and is able to hit the correct tone to connect and engage with our readers while building a loyal community.
